How do I return an item?
All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping. Contact customer service (email@example.com
or 844-977-6642) for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, so please do not send any product to us without prior approval. If granted, returns must be repackaged in original packing materials and received in “like new” condition. Using other packing materials may result in a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. All items and accessories must be returned. Items that are missing parts or accessories will not be accepted for a refund.
Undamaged or unopened items may be accepted for a refund for up to 14 days from buyer’s receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product directly to Sonic Supply for a refund, minus a restocking fee (the product must be returned new and unused) A restocking fee up to 20% can be applied. Sterile items and items containing pre-filled formalin cannot be returned.
Some supplier items are unable to be returned for refund. Please contact us for a list of items that may not be returned.
Velp Scientifica items are not permitted for return expect for situations of product being dead on arrival or breaking down during warranty time frame.
I got something that arrived damaged:
All items must be examined carefully upon receipt to ensure they are correct and undamaged. If you have something that is damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to have the item pickup. Sonic Supply will provide a replacement or offer a full refund for damaged items, and will pay for return shipping. After five days, damaged returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may include a restocking fee.
