How do I create an account?

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship within the USA and Canada through our website. For international shipments please email us the products you are interested in and we will be happy to quote you for shipping to your region.

When will my order ship

Typically we process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Some items can take longer before they ship. If you have a rush shipment or need overnight service we make every effort to ship your items on time. Please contact us if you have a specific time restriction for getting your goods.

How do I track my order?

Once your items ship we will send you an email with your tracking information in order to track your goods. You can also find your tracking information under your order details on your account page.

When will my item arrive?

We ship from multiple warehouses throughout the US. Transit times vary from 1-5 days. If you have a time crunch for getting your goods then please contact our customer service people and we will be happy to provide better transit times.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax may be applicable in the following states: CT, NJ, IL, FL and AZ. Our website will calculate the tax for your. If you believe you are tax exempt then please contact us. We will require proof of exempt status.

How do I return something?

To return an item please contact customer service. Some items due to there nature can not be returned, especially if those items have been opened. For other returns there maybe a 20% restocking fee applied depending on the item.

Do you price match?

Yes we do offer price matching on products that you see on the site. We will do our best to match or beat the price for the same items. Please contact us with the Item number and where you saw the product (link to the product page or website).
